Exterior Analysis
We start from the outside, checking the roof, gutters, siding, grading, and drainage. This is crucial because water intrusion is the number one enemy of any home. We look for potential leak points and structural issues visible from the exterior.

Interior & Systems
Inside, we operate all major systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We check outlets, water pressure, and drainage. We also inspect the attic for insulation and ventilation, and the basement/crawlspace for foundation integrity.

The Walkthrough
At the end of the inspection, we walk you through the home to point out major findings and explain how systems work. This is the best time to ask questions. You will receive a comprehensive digital report within 24 hours.
